摘要
在经济发展新常态的背景下,针对听障者的"福利式""救济式"的就业模式已不能适应企业需求,也无法满足听障者需求多样化、目标多元化的就业要求。听障者需要一个稳定、有效的就业服务支持体系来帮助其融入到新的经济进程中。文章在对听障者就业现状调查分析的基础上,提出建立听障者就业管理平台、听障者职业发展支持服务平台等建议,确保有效地提升听障者的就业质量。
Under the background of economic "New Normal", the "welfare- style", "relief- style" employment model for the deaf- mute group can not adapt to the enterprise demand, and fails to meet the demands of deaf-mute group with diversified demands and diversified goals too. Deaf-mute group need a stable and effective employment supporting service system. Based on investigation and analysis of the employment status of deaf-mute group, this paper present suggestions, including:establishing a deaf-mute employment management platform, establishing a deaf-mute group career development supporting service platform, ensure effective improved employment quality for the deaf-mute group.
