摘要
航空发动机地面室内试车台新建完成后需要进行标定。由发动机原制造厂OEM提供的试车台标定的费用都很高。欧美试车台标定的有效期通常为7年,即企业每隔7年就会面对这一高额成本。另外,用每7年进行标定的方法维持试车台的适航性,存在一个明显缺点就是缺乏问题发现的及时性。发动机在试车过程中,相关各种设备状态可能发生变化,有些变化可能导致发动机试车数据出现偏差,如果不能及时发现,这种偏差可能会一直延续到下次标定。如何既能保证试车台标定的持续有效性,保证每台发动机试车数据的准确性,同时又不需要重新标定?本文对试车台趋势监控方法进行了研究,提出了趋势监控的具体方法,确保了试车台标定的持续适航性,避免了每7年重新标定试车造成的不必要成本支出。本研究成果对我国民用及军用航空发动机试车台标定持续适航具有重要指导意义。
Most aero engine indoor test cell need to be correlated when built. The cost for OEM correlation is very high. The validity period of each correlation in the west is about 7 years. It means that the enterprise has to face this high expenditure every 7 years. In addition, for this re-correlation method every 7 years to maintain test cell's airworthiness, there is an obvious defect that it lacks of timeliness found problems. When engine test, the status of related instruments may change, some changes may cause deviation of the engine performance data. If it wasn't was found on time that the deviation is likely to continue till the next correlation. How can not only maintain test cell correlation, to ensure the accuracy of every test, and don't need to do re-correlation. It is studied in this paper for test cell trend monitoring method, and puts forward some specific methods of trending, to avoid the re- correlation every 7 years which resulted in unnecessary costs. The results of this study are meaningful both for civil and military aviation engine test cell to maintain correlation and airworthiness.
