用户视角下的民航双语学习型电子词典初探——以中国民航飞行学院管制专业本科生为例

A Preliminary Study on Developing a Bilingual Aviation English Learners' Electronic Dictionary ——Taking the Example of ATC Majors at CAFUC

本文从用户视角出发,探讨中国民航飞行学院管制专业本科生对民航双语专科词典的用户需求。分析认为:在形式上,移动电子词典比传统纸质词典更适合大数据时代下熟悉电脑和互联网技术的管制学员;在内容上,借鉴词典学功能理论确定管制专业学生的实际信息需求,即帮助语言理解的解码型信息、帮助语言构建的编码型信息、对术语所指代概念的百科性解释。建议从用户视角出发进行词典开发,充分发挥电子技术的优势,注重词典的语言生成功能,突出学习型词典的特色。

This article probes from user＇s perspective into the demands of ATC majors at CAFUC on a bilingual aviation specialized dictionary, results reveal that： as far as format is concerned, digital mobile dictionary is more compatible with ATC majors who are proficient computer and internet technology users; as far as contents are concerned, ATC majors＇ specific information needs can be pinned down in the light of the function theory of lexicography, i.e. decoding information for language comprehension, encoding information for language production, encycopedic explanations for the referents of terminologies. Suggestions are made to execute the work of dictionary-making from user＇s perspective, to fully utilize the merits of electronic technologies, to prioritize the encoding function and to highlight pedagogically-oriented features.
