高炉气密箱故障停机分析与改进

摘要 对高炉气密箱倾动、旋动过程中存在的问题进行统计、分析、改进和优化。使气密箱故障时间明显减少,布料档位的控制精度明显提高,满足了高炉布料要求。 There are some problems occurred during the inclining and rotating of the air tight box of the blast furnace. Based on these problems, the statistics, analysis, improvement and optimization are carried out. The failure time of the air tight box is greatly decreased, and the control accuracy of distrib.- uting gear is obviously increased. The distributing requirements of the blast furnace are met.
