防倒钢技术在转炉生产中的应用

摘要 根据实际工况对转炉倾动控制系统进行了完善,增设了转炉防倒钢连锁,通过技术手段控制转炉在安全角度范围内进行摇炉,有效避免了由于人为操作造成转炉倒钢的恶性事故,消除了转炉生产中的重大安全隐患。 According to the actual situation, an improvement on the converter tilting control sys- tem was carried out. The back draught prevention interlock was introduced. The converter can only be swung in the range of safe angle by means of technical control. The back draught accident caused by man-made operation is effectively avoided, and major hidden danger in the production of converter is eliminated.
