摘要
以莱钢3200m3高炉妒前智能润滑为对象，分析了智能润滑在使用过程中的优点。同时结合实际运行中出现的故障，指出了在恶劣环境下，尤其是在整体转动设备润滑方面，智能润滑存在的不足之处。
Taking the intelligent lubrication of Laigang 3200 m3 blast furnace casthouse as an ob- ject, the advantages of the intelligent lubrication in production is analyzed. Combined with occurred faults, the deficiencies in the intelligent lubrication operating under severe environment are pointed out, especially the lubrication for overall rotating equipment.
