摘要 吸扫式清扫车的工作参数对其清扫效率和清扫能力有决定作用。开展了清扫车工作参数与清扫性能试验,获取了清扫车速度、风机工作流量、盘刷转速和垃圾分布密度与清扫效率的作用规律,开展了清扫车工作参数正交变量试验。试验结果表明:工作参数对清扫效率的主次顺序为风机流量、清扫速度、盘刷转速、垃圾分布密度。进行了不同参数组合下吸扫式清扫车清扫效率试验研究。采用线性拟合的方法建立了清扫车清扫效率计算公式。采用求解极值的方法获取了清扫车的最大清扫效率。提出了清扫车工作参数匹配规律:当风机流量为760 m3/h,清扫速度为5.5 km/h,盘刷转速为120 r/min时,清扫车具有最佳工作性能。 Working parameters of sweeping and suction pavement sweeping truck can determine its suction efficiency and suction ability. Tests on suction efficiency of sweeping truck were carried out and working principle between sweeping truck velocity, mass flow of fan, broom rotate speed and garbage distribution density was obtained. Orthogonal tests of sweeping truck working parameters were carried out. Testing results show that the order of working parameters on suction efficiency is mass flow of fan, sweeping truck velocity, broom rotate speed and garbage distribution density. Tests on sweeping truck suction efficiency with different parameters matching were carried out. Sweeping truck suction efficiency computational formula with method of linear fitting was established. Maximum suction efficiency of sweeping truck was obtained with method of solving extreme value.Sweeping truck working parameters matching principle is as follows: sweeping truck has best performance when mass flow of fan is 760 m3/h, broom rotate speed is 5.5 km/h, and sweeping truck velocity is 120 r/min.
