摘要
针对多线切割机识别性低、用户体验性差、产品竞争力弱的问题,提出以感官评价方法为指导的多线切割机造型设计方法和流程。通过对多线切割机造型、色彩、材质、功能等方面的研究,运用语义差分法搜集并筛选典型样本和初步感官指标;采用因子分析法对初步感官指标进行筛选,确定最终指标;最后结合模糊层次分析法对感官指标进行权重计算,明确多线切割机造型设计要素及其优先级,进而指导具体设计并对方案进行评价,从用户体验角度验证方案的可行性,从而提升多线切割机造型与用户功能、心理需求的匹配度。研究结果拓展了以用户为中心的产品造型设计方法,验证了感官评价方法指导多线切割机造型设计的有效性。
Aiming at the problems of low recognition,poor user experience and weak competitiveness of multi-wire cutting machine, the method and process of multi-wire cutting machine modeling design were proposed guided by sensory evaluation method. Through the research on the modeling, color, material, function and other aspects of multi-wire cutting machine, the semantic resolution method was used to collect and filter typical samples and preliminary sensory index. The factor analysis method was used to filter the preliminary sensory index and determine the final index. Finally, the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of sensory index,clarify the design elements and priority. And then, the specific design was guided and the scheme was evaluated. The feasibility of the scheme was verified from the aspect of user experience, so as to improve the matching degree of multi-wire cutting machine modeling and user functionality and psychological requirement.The research results expanded the method of user centered product modeli ng design,and verify the effectiveness of sensory evaluation method in guiding the modeling design of multi-wire cutting machine.
