优质护理在慢性萎缩性胃炎护理中的应用效果及对患者生活质量影响分析

Application effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of chronic atrophic gastritis and its influence on the quality of life of patients

目的探讨优质护理在慢性萎缩性胃炎护理中的应用效果及对患者生活质量影响分析。方法 90例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,以随机数字表法分为优质护理组和常规护理组,每组45例。所有患者均在高清放大内镜窄带成像术(NBI)内镜下治疗,常规护理组进行常规化护理干预,优质护理组采取优质护理措施。比较两组患者对护理服务满意度;住院时间、慢性萎缩性胃炎疾病认识、治疗依从性;干预前后患者生活质量评分;护理投诉发生情况。结果优质护理组患者对护理服务满意度高于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后优质护理组生活质量评分高于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质护理组住院时间、慢性萎缩性胃炎疾病认识评分、治疗依从性评分均优于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质护理组护理投诉发生率6.67%低于常规护理组的22.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在慢性萎缩性胃炎护理中的应用效果确切,可减少护理投诉,提升患者疾病认知和治疗依从性,缩短住院时间,改善生活质量,患者对护理服务满意度高。

Objective To investigate the application effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of chronic atrophic gastritis and its influence on the quality of life of patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided by random number table method into high-quality nursing group and conventional nursing group, with 45 cases in each group. All patients were treated with high-definition magnifying endoscope narrow band imaging（NBI）, and the conventional nursing group also received conventional nursing intervention, while the high-quality nursing group received high-quality nursing intervention. Comparison were made on satisfaction on nursing service, hospitalization time, awareness of chronic atrophic gastritis, treatment compliance, quality of life before and after intervention, and occurrence of nursing complaints between the two groups. Results High-quality nursing group had higher satisfaction on nursing service than conventional nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before intervention, both groups had no statistically significant difference in quality of life score（P〈0.05）. After intervention, high-quality nursing had higher quality of life score than conventional nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Highquality nursing group had better hospitalization time, awareness of chronic atrophic gastritis, treatment compliance than conventional nursing group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. High-quality nursing group had lower incidence of nursing complaints as 6.67% than 22.22% in conventional nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality nursing shows affirmative application effect in nursing of chronic atrophic gastritis, and it can reduce the nursing complaints, improve the patient＇s cognition and treatment compliance, shorten hospitalization time, improve the quality of life. Patients have high satisfaction with nursing service.
