医护一体化模式对行膝关节镜治疗的半月板损伤患者膝关节功能及护理满意度的影响分析

Effect analysis of medical and nursing integration model on knee function and nursing satisfaction in patients with meniscal injury treated with knee arthroscopy

目的将医护一体化模式应用在行膝关节镜治疗的半月板损伤患者中,研究对其膝关节功能和护理满意度的影响。方法 150例行膝关节镜治疗的半月板损伤患者,依据护理模式不同分为参照组和实验组,每组75例。参照组患者行常规责任制相关护理模式,实验组患者行医护一体化模式。比较两组患者术前及术后1周膝关节功能评分、住院时间、护理满意度。结果两组患者术前膝关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1周,实验组患者膝关节功能评分高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理满意度为96.00%,高于参照组患者的81.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者住院时间短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行膝关节镜治疗的半月板损伤患者采取医护一体化模式能改善其膝关节功能,提升其护理满意度,具有应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of medical and nursing integration model on knee function and nursing satisfaction in patients with meniscal injury treated with knee arthroscopy. Methods A total of 150 meniscal injury patients treated with knee arthroscopy were divided by different nursing modes into control group and experimental group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received general responsibility related nursing model, and the experimental group received medical and nursing integration model. Comparison were made on knee function score before operation and 1 week after operation, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference in knee function score before operation（P〉0.05）. At 1 week after operation, the experimental group had higher knee function score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction as 96.00% than 81.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had shorter hospitalization time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of medical and nursing integration model for meniscal injury patients treated with knee arthroscopy can improve their nursing satisfaction. This method contains application value.
