某医院2016年西药类抗肿瘤药物用药分析

Analysis on application of antineoplastic agents in our hospital in 2016

目的分析2016年抗肿瘤药物用药情况,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法对2016年本院抗肿瘤药物应用种类、金额、用药频度(DDDs)和药品限定日费用(DDC)进行统计分析。结果销售金额排名前三类的抗肿瘤药是抗肿瘤辅助药、影响微管蛋白的和影响核酸生物合成的抗肿瘤药;销售金额排名前三位的抗肿瘤药是托烷司琼盐酸盐针、多西他赛针和吡柔比星盐酸盐针;DDDs排名前三位的是甲氨蝶呤片、他莫昔芬枸橼酸盐片和托烷司琼盐酸盐针;DDC居后位的药品是阿柔比星盐酸盐针、多西他赛针、吉西他滨盐酸盐针。结论随着中西医结合抗肿瘤治疗愈来愈得到专家们的认可,本院收住的肿瘤患者越来越多,抗肿瘤辅助药托烷司琼盐酸盐针、抗肿瘤药多西他赛针和注射用吡柔比星等高选择性,高效低毒性抗肿瘤药物应用量较大,抗肿瘤药物应用基本合理。

Objective To analyze the medication of antineoplastic agents in our hospital in 2016,to provide reference for clinical reasonable application. Methods The application category,money,DDDs and DDC of antineoplastic agents in our hospital in 2016 were statistically analyzed. Results The top three kinds ranked by consumption sum were respectively antineoplastic assistant agents,interfering tubulin antineoplastic agents and interfering nucleic acid biosynthesis of antineoplastic agents. The top three drugs ranked by consumption sum were respectively tropisetron hydrochloride injections、docetaxel injections and Pirarubicin Hydrochloride. The top three drugs ranked by DDDs were respectively methotrexate tablet,tamoxifen citrate tablets and tropisetron hydrochloride injections. The bottom three drugs ranked by DDC were respectively aclarubicin hydrochloride injections,docetaxel injections and gemcitabine hydrochloride injections.Conclusion As the combination of TCM and western medicine is increasingly recognized by experts,more and more tumor patients are admitted to our hospital,Antitumor adjuvant tropisetron hydrochloride needle,anticancer docetaxel injection and pirarubicin injection of high selectivity,high efficiency and low toxicity antitumor drugs were applicated with a larger amount. The application of anti-cancer drugs is basically reasonable.
