摘要
目的采用离子色谱法测定丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液中游离铵盐的含量。方法采用IonPac CS12A色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),IonPac CG12A预柱(4 mm×50 mm),以10 mmol/L甲烷磺酸为淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml/min,电导检测器,进样量10μL。结果 NH_4^+在0.102~10.21μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;最低检出限为0.02 ng;加样回收率为97.2%~104.3%。结论本法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可用于丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液中游离铵盐的测定。
Objective To establish an ion chromatography( IC) method for determination of free ammonium in alanyl glutamine injection. Methods The chromatographic was performed on an IonPac CS12 A column( 4 mm × 250 mm) and an IonPac CG12 A guard column( 4 mm × 50 mm),the mobile phase was 10 mmol/L methane sulfonic acid,the flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min,electrical conductivity detector was adopted and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The liner range of was NH4+0. 102 10. 21 μg/ml( r = 0. 9997),the limit of detection was 0. 02 ng,the recovery of was from 97. 2% to 104. 3%. Conclusion The method is simple,accuracy and high sensitivity for the determination of NH4+ in alanyl glutamine injection.
