肾结石治疗中软性输尿管镜和经皮肾镜的应用与疗效研究被引量：2

摘要目的比较肾结石治疗中软性输尿管镜(FURS)和经皮肾镜(PCNL)的应用效果。方法将新郑市人民医院2016年1月至2017年8月收治的80例肾结石患者随机分为两组,FURS组和PCNL组患者各40例,比较两组患者的手术治疗情况。结果 FURS组住院时间短,PCNL组手术时间短,组间差异比较具有统计意义(P<0.05);FURS组、PCNL组患者结石清除率分别为82.5%和92.5%(P>0.05),并发症发生率分别为5.0%和20.0%(P<0.05)。结论肾结石治疗中,FURS住院时间短、并发症发生率低,PCNL手术时间短、结石清石率较高。
