摘要
通过对一个本土典型案例的跟踪研究,实证分析接力创新中下游企业吸收能力的提升机制,进而构建理论模型,提出实践应用启示。结果发现,接力创新中下游企业的吸收能力由获取能力、消化能力、筛分能力、整合能力和利用能力5个维度构成,研发活动、企业战略、组织学习、组织文化、沟通机制和社会资本是影响吸收能力的关键因素,收益性独占制度和激发事件正向调节吸收能力,而社会整合机制正向调节吸收能力的各个维度。
Tracing a typical local case study about relay innovation, the absorptive capacity enhancing mechanism for the middle and down-stream enterprise in relay innovation is clarified by empirical analysis, then the theoretical model is constructed and the practical implication are brought forward. The research findings illustrate that the absorptive capability in relay innovation is composed of five dimensions, including the acquiring capability,digestive capability, screening capability, integrative capability and adoptive capability. The RD activities, enterprise strategy, organizational learning, organizational culture, communication mechanism and social capital are the key influencing factors to absorptive capabilities. Profit exclusivity system and activating event positively regulate the absorptive capability, and the social integration mechanism positively regulates all the dimensions of absorptive capability.
