中西医结合治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on allergic rhinitis treated with combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicines

目的中西医结合治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察。方法随机抽取72例本院自2016年1月30日~2018年3月30日收治的变应性鼻炎患者,根据随机信封法将其分为对照组(36例)、观察组(36例)。对照组患者给予西医抗过敏治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上服用自拟抗敏鼻炎汤治疗,两个疗程(14 d)后,分析两组的治疗有效率。结果治疗有效率对比,第一疗程观察组和对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为88.89%、72.22%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第二疗程观察组和对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为94.44%、75.00%,疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗变应性鼻炎效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical observation of allergic rhinitis with combination of Chinese and Western medicine. Methods A total of 72 patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 30,2016 to March 30,2018 were randomly selected and divided into a control group（36 cases）and an observation group（36 cases）according to the random envelope method. Patients in the control group were given anti-allergic treatment by Western Medicine. Patients in the observation group were treated with self-made anti-allergic rhinitis soup on the basis of the control group. After two courses of treatment（14 days）,the treatment efficiency of the two groups was analyzed. Results The efficiency of treatment was compared：The total effective rate of treatment in the first course of observation group and control group was 88.89% and 72.22% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）;the second course of observation group and control group. The total effective rate of treatment was 94.44% and 75.00%,respectively,and the curative effect was better than that of the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of allergic rhinitis with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine is effective and worthy of clinical application.
