摘要
在耳鼻喉科临床带教工作中引入"SP-OTO翻转课堂"教学理念,与传统教学模式相互补充,起到加深基础知识的掌握、提升学习的兴趣、提高操作的技能、增加师生的交流、促进对医学进展的关注等作用。
' SP-OTO flipped classroom' teaching ideas was used in clinical teaching of Otolarynogology as a complementary to traditional teaching model. It is usefull to deepen the grasping for basical knowledge, to enhance the interesting for learning, to improve the operation skills, to improve the communicaiton between teachers and students, and to promote the attention to the medical advance.
