护理管理对老年慢性支气管炎患者负性情绪及生存质量的干预

Intervention of nursing on negative emotions and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis

目的探讨护理管理对老年慢性支气管炎患者负性情绪及生存质量的影响。方法选择2015年1月~2017年12月期间我院100例老年慢性支气管炎患者,应用数字随机表法,随机分为2组,50例/组,对照组采取常规护理管理,观察组采取综合性护理管理,比较两组负性情绪及生存质量评分。结果在负性情绪方面,护理后,两组评分均较护理前降低(P<0.05),而观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在生存质量方面,护理后两组评分均较护理前增高(P<0.05),而观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施综合性护理管理可有效减轻老年慢性支气管炎患者的负性情绪,提高其生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing management on negative emotions and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods One hundred patients with chronic bronchitis in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groupsequally. The control group was given routine nursing care. The observation group took Comprehensive nursing management. The scores of negative emotions and the quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results In terms of negative emotions,the scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing（P〈0.05）,while the observation group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. In terms of quality of life,the scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing（P〈0.05）,while the observation group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing management can effectively reduce the negative emotions of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis and improve their quality of life.
