摘要
设施环境下蔬菜的连作障碍日益严重,病虫害高发,尤其是根结线虫的危害已严重制约蔬菜产业的发展。该研究综述了根结线虫危害蔬菜的致病机理、蔬菜应对根结线虫危害的抗性机理,以及在设施环境中利用LEDs调控光质与二氧化碳加富等外界环境调控蔬菜对根结线虫的抗性,从而实现蔬菜产业的健康可持续发展。
Protected vegetable exacerbated the occurrence of continuous cropping in vegetable.The second major diseases of vegetable diseases root knot nematode seriously damaged the sustainable development of vegetable.This study reviewed the pathogenic mechanism of root knot nematodes,the resistance mechanism of plant against root knot nematodes.In the greenhouse,it is easy to manipulate the LEDs light to control light quality and elevated CO2 to improve plant resistance against root knot nematodes,which aims to develop an environment-friendly pest management strategy for improving yield and quality of vegetable.
