摘要
介绍氯气干燥处理工艺流程。优化氯气干燥处理工艺,增加氯气洗涤塔。改造后,达到如下效果:(1)氯气冷却器出口氯气温度由15℃降低到13℃,硫酸消耗从16 kg/t减少至12 kg/t;(2)电解槽运行电流从13.5k A提升到14.5 k A,酸雾捕集器压差更加平稳;(3)酸雾捕集器滤芯使用寿命延长,有利于装置长周期稳定运行。改造后,每年可节省800 t 98.0%硫酸,合60万元/a;烧碱产量提高65.7 t/d,年增产烧碱1.97万t,PVC 2.37万t,合1.92亿元。
The process of chlorine gas drying is introduced. The process is optimized, and a chlorine scrubber is increased. After transformations are made, the results are as follows: ( 1 ) the chlorine gas temperature at chlorine gas cooler outlet is reduced from 15℃ to 13℃, and the sulphuric acid consumption is reduced from 16 kg/t to 12 kg/t; (2) the operation current of the electrolyzer is raised from 13.5 kA to 14.5 kA, and the pressure difference of acid mist collector is more stable; (3) the service life of the core of the acid mist collector is prolonged, which is beneficial to long-period stable operation of the facility. After transformations are made, 800 t of 98% sulfuric acid can be saved per year, amounting to 600 thousand yuan per year; output increases by 65.7 t/d caustic soda, i. e. 19.7 thousand tons per year, and 23.7 thousand tons of PVC per year, amounting to 192 million yuan.
