摘要 在分析了烧碱蒸发过程设备腐蚀的影响因素后,内蒙古三联化工集团自行设计并建设了一套蒸发装置。该装置最大的特点是运行温度较其他装置有较大的降低,从而大大优化了设备的运行条件,较大幅度延长了设备的使用寿命。 Inner Mongolia Sanlian Chemical Group designed and buih a set of caustic soda evaporation devices after analyzing the factors affecting the corrosion of equipment during operation of caustic soda evaporation. The biggest feature of this device was that the operation temperature was greatly reduced compared with other devices. Thus the operating conditions of the equipment were greatly optimized, and the service life of the equipment was greatly extended.
