苏木素复合染色法使褪色肺炎链球菌重上色

Hematoxylin compound staining can make faded Streptococcus pneumoniae staining again

目的:探讨褪色肺炎链球菌再上色的方法,延长教学标本的使用期限。方法:采用苏木素液、1%盐酸酒精、氨水、吕氏碱性美蓝重染褪色的肺炎链球菌教学片,显微镜下观察分析。结果:细菌菌体染成深蓝色,背景浅蓝色,荚膜为一无色透明区,菌体、背景、荚膜对比明显。结论:苏木素复合染色法重染褪色肺炎链球菌教学片效果好。

Objective： To explore the method of staining faded Streptococcus pneumonia again and to extend the use time of teaching specimens. Methods： Using the hematoxylin solution,1% hydrochloric acid alcohol,the ammonia water,the Lu’s alkaline methylene blue to dye the faded Streptococcus pneumoniae teaching film. The result was observed under the microscope. Conclusion： The hematoxylin compound staining method has a good effect on dyeing faded Streptococcus pneumoniae.
