介入栓塞与开颅夹闭手术治疗脑动脉瘤的效果比较

Comparison of interventional embolization and craniotomy clipping for the treatment of cerebral aneurysms

目的:分析介入栓塞与开颅夹闭手术治疗脑动脉瘤的临床效果。方法:脑动脉瘤患者87例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组43例,行开颅夹闭手术治疗;观察组44例,行介入栓塞术治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果:观察组手术时间、切口长度、住院时间均低于对照组,观察组预后优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:介入栓塞比开颅夹闭治疗脑动脉瘤的效果更好。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of interventional embolization and clipping craniotomy for cerebral aneurysms. Methods： 87 patients with cerebral aneurysm were randomly divided into control group and observation group. In the control group,43 cases were treated by craniotomy and 44 cases in the observation group were treated by interventional embolization. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The operation time,the length of the incision and the time of hospitalization of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the prognosis of the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the two groups was not statistically significant（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Interventional embolization is better than craniotomy in the treatment of cerebral aneurysms.
