宫颈冷刀锥切术和环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级的疗效比较

Comparison of therapeutic effects of cervical cold knife conization andcervical annular electrical resection on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅲ

目的:探讨宫颈冷刀锥切术和环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级的效果。方法:宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级患者98例,随机分为两组,每组49例。对照组采用宫颈环形电切术,观察组采用宫颈冷刀锥切术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级较宫颈环形电切术有更好的远期疗效。

Objective： To investigate the effect of cervical cold knife conization and cervical annular electrical resection in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅲ. Methods： 98 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅲ were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated by cervical annular electrical resection e,and the observation group was treated with cervical cold knife conization. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results： The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Cervical cold knife conization for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅲ is better than cervical annular electrical resection.
