利福平联合左氧氟沙星增强治疗肺结核的效果

Effect of rifampicin plus levofloxacin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨利福平联合左氧氟沙星在肺结核治疗中的应用价值。方法:肺结核患者98例,随机分为两组,每组49例。两组均给予异烟肼+吡嗪酰胺+盐酸乙胺丁醇治疗。在此基础上,对照组用利福平治疗,观察组用利福平联合左氧氟沙星治疗,比较两组治疗的效果。结果:观察组的总有效率95.9%,高于对照组81.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清降钙素原水平均降低,观察组(0.09±0.04)ng/ml低于对照组(0.15±0.07)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利福平联合左氧氟沙星提高治疗肺结核的疗效。

Objective： To explore the application value of rifampicin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods： 98 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with isoniazid,pyrazinamide and ethambutol hydrochloride treatment. On this basis,the control group was treated with rifampicin,the observation group was treated with rifampicin plus levofloxacin,and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 9%,higher than that of the control group 81.6%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the serum calcitonin in the two groups decreased and the observation group（ 0.09 ＋ 0.04） ng/ml was lower than the control group（ 0.15 ＋ 0.07） ng/ml,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）,and there was no significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion：Rifampicin combined with levofloxacin improves the efficacy of treating pulmonary tuberculosis.
