羟氯喹联合强脉冲光治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of hydroxychloroquine combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis

目的:观察羟氯喹联合强冲光治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法:68例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分两组,治疗组采用羟氯喹联合强脉冲光治疗,对照组采用羟氯喹治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗12周后,治疗组症状评分低于对照组,治疗组有效率88.2%,高于对照组61.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:羟氯喹联合强脉冲光提高面部激素依赖性皮炎的治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine combined with strong light in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods： 68 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with hydroxychloroquine combined with strong pulse light,and the control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine,and the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results： After 12 weeks of treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the effective rate of the treatment group was 88. 2%,which was higher than that of the control group（ 61. 8%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Hydroxychloroquine combined with intense pulsed light can improve the efficacy of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.
