近视患者双眼视觉功能状况研究进展

Progress on binocular visual function in myopic patients

近视患者双眼视功能常常表现异常,主要体现在融合机能中调节与集合功能紊乱,AC/A比值改变及出现隐斜视等。这些双眼视功能改变可能导致明显视觉质量减退及近视发展。另外,视功能的变化可能发生于近视之前,并认为该变化与近视发生有关。现就近视患者的双眼视觉研究进展进行综述。

The binocular visual function of myopia is often abnormal,which is mainly reflected in the disorder of regulating and collecting function,the change of AC/A ratio and the appearance of implicit strabismus in the fusion function. These binocular visual function changes may lead to significant loss of visual quality and myopia development. In addition,the change of visual function may occur before myopia. It is considered that this change is related to myopia. This article reviews the recent progress of binocular vision in myopic patients.
