政府公共管理职能视角下民族地区养老保障问题研究——基于对四川阿坝藏族羌族自治州的调查

A Study on the Problems of Pension Security in Ethnic Region from the Perspective of Public Management Administration of Government:Based on the Investigation on the Sichuan Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture

随着我国经济的快速发展,人民的生活水平不断提高,社会养老问题也随着社会养老保障制度的逐步建立而得到了改善,我国建立起了一整套的社会养老保险体系。由于少数民族地区一般地处偏远地带,经济较为落后,收入水平也较低,居民的养老保险意识还比较薄弱,虽然养老保障问题得到了一定的解决,但是整体上还存在着一些问题,需要采取一定的对策予以解决。文章基于对四川阿坝藏族羌族自治州的调查,从政府公共管理职能视角下研究了四川阿坝藏族羌族自治州的养老保障问题及成因,提出了完善四川阿坝藏族羌族自治州养老保障的对策和建议。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy and the improvement of people＇s living standard, the social endowment problem has been improved along with the gradual establishment of the social pension system. China has set up a complete set of social endowment insurance system. The general is located in remote areas of minority areas, the economy is relatively backward, the income level is low, residents of old-age insurance awareness is still relatively weak, although the problem of old-age security has been resolved, but overall there are still some problems, need to take certain countermeasures to solve. The investigation of Sichuan Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture based on, from the perspective of government public management function of old-age security problems and causes of Sichuan Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, put forward to improve the Sichuan Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture endowment countermeasures and suggestions.
