心理契约视域下少数民族地区师生关系调适与班级情绪管理模式研究 被引量:2

Study on the Relationship between Teachers and Students of Minority Areas in the Perspective of Psychological Contract

摘要 少数民族地区教师及辅导员队伍作为少数民族地区教育主体具有特殊性,他们在教育和培养学生的科学文化素质及加强学生思想政治建设方面承担着重要责任。对于少数民族地区适学龄人来说,其专业素质不仅会影响到少数民族地区适学龄人的科学文化素质和思想道德素质,还会对其对于本民族身份的体认产生深切影响,从班级到族群,初步产生对"集体"这一概念的认知。因此可以说,少数民族地区师生关系调试和班级情绪管理建构的过程,就是以少数民族地区教师及辅导员为主导,并在日常教学工作中,与少数民族地区适学龄人在互动中建构的过程。在此试以心理契约理论为切入点,采用民族志的研究方法,从厘清心理契约理论的内涵、适用情境出发,深入探索少数民族地区师生关系建构和调试及班级情绪管理模式形成的情境、变化与影响因素。 Minority regions as the main ethnic minority areas education teachers and counselors team has particularity,in their education and cultivate the students' scientific and cultural quality, and strengthen students' ideological and political construction of important responsibility.For ethnic minority areas for school-age people, their professional quality can affect not only to a few areas suitable school-age man's scientific and cultural quality and moral quality, also for this nation to its deep impact on the awareness of their national identity, from class to ethnic groups, preliminary produce the cognition of the concept of "collective".Therefore, ethnic minority areas of the construction of the relationship between teachers and students the debugging and the class emotion management process, is dominated by ethnic minority areas teachers and counselors, and in the daily teaching work, and ethnic minority areas optimum school-age interact construction process.This article tries on the psychological contract theory as the breakthrough point, using ethnographic research methods, from clarifying the connotation of psychological contract theory, applicable situation perspective, exploring ethnic minority areas the relationship between teachers and students to construct and debugging and the class emotion management pattern formation situation,change and influencing factors.
