摘要
探讨K44型细纱机引纱杆处的纱线跳动对成纱质量的影响。通过在引纱杆上添加限位装置1和限位装置2,分别改变纱线的跳动状态和减小纱线的跳动幅度,从而改善纱线的质量。试验发现:添加限位装置1会增加纱线的毛羽数量,但对纱线条干和断裂强力基本没有影响;添加限位装置2能够有效降低纱线的毛羽数量,对纱线的条干和断裂强力影响不大。认为:有效处理引纱杆处纱线的抖动问题有助于提高纱线的质量。
The effect of yarn jitter at guide bar on yarn quality for K44 spinning frame was discussed.Through adding stop block 1 and stop block 2 on yarn guide bar,the yarn beating condition was changed and the yarn jumping scope was decreased.Thus the yarn quality was improved.It is found in the experiments that the yarn hairiness could be increased by adding stop block 1,while the yarn evenness and breaking strength are basically not affected.The yarn hairiness could be effectively reduced by adding stop position 2,while the yarn evenness and breaking strength are not greatly affected.It is considered that the yarn quality can be improved efficiently by solving the yarn jitter problem around yarn guide bar.
