摘要 探讨雅赛尔9.8tex赛络集聚纱的纺纱工艺要点。对比分析了雅赛尔Ⅰ型、雅赛尔Ⅱ型、莫代尔、粘胶的性能及物理指标。着重论述了各纺纱工序的工艺配置原则和技术措施。通过合理设计各工序的工艺参数,选配纺专器材,控制车间温湿度,顺利纺制出两种雅赛尔9.8tex赛络集聚纺纱,成纱质量达到了预期的设计要求。认为:稳定有效的预处理搭配合理的纺纱工艺措施有助于实现雅赛尔纱的顺利生产。 The key points of spinning Gracell 9.8 tex siro condensed yarn was discussed.The property and physical indexes of Gracell I,Gracell II,Modal and viscose were compared and analyzed.The process configuration principles and technology measures in each spinning process were emphatically discussed.Two kinds of Gracell9.8 tex siro condensed yarn were successfully spun through reasonably setting up parameters,matching spinning equipments and controlling temperature & humidity in workshop.The yarn quality was reached the expected design requirements.It is considered that stable and effective pretreatment with reasonable spinning process measures is helpful to the sucessful production of Gracell yarn.
