Development of Soybean Protein CoolDry Fiber Four-component Blended Yarn

探讨棉/大豆蛋白纤维/CoolDry纤维/涤纶40/25/25/10 14.8tex混纺纱的纺纱工艺。针对几种纤维性能特点以及混纺纱质量要求,优选原料规格,采用包混、条混相结合的工艺,增加精梳预并工艺,确保了成纱混纺比;在各工序针对性地采取相关措施以解决纺纱过程中的纤维损伤、均匀混和、条干均匀度、纱疵等问题,最终保证了混纺纱的顺利生产。认为:该多组分混纺纱的质量达到了产品开发设计要求。

The spinning process of cotton/soybean protein fiber/CoolDry fiber/polyester 40/25/25/1014.8 tex blended yarn was discussed.For several kinds of fibers property and quality requirements of the blended yarn,the raw material specifications were optimized,the process of bale blending and sliver blending were adpoted,the combing and pre-drawing process were added to ensure the blending ratio of the yarns.Relevant measures were taken to solve the problems of fiber injur,uniform blending,evenness and yarn defects in spinning process,finally production of blended yarn was ensured successfully.It is considered that the quality of blended yarn could meet the requirements for product development and design.
