摘要 针对某NGW型高速行星齿轮箱振动偏大的问题,通过对其振动频率进行测试分析,认为其啮合频率及倍频是振动偏大的主要因素,进而根据相位调谐理论对齿轮基本参数进行重新调整。对比调整前后齿轮箱的振动数据发现,调整后该型齿轮箱的振动加速度大幅降低,其振动偏大的问题得以有效解决。 For the problem of the vibration of NGW high-speed planetary gearbox being too large, the meshing frequency and its harmonics are regarded as the main factors of excessive vibration through the frequency test and analysis. Then the basic parameters of the gear are adjusted according to the guiding ideology of the phase tuning theory. By comparing the vibration data of the gearbox before and after adjustment, it is found that the vibration acceleration of the gearbox has been greatly reduced, and the problem of excessive vibration is solved effectively.
