摘要
通过分析现有工程船舶设计流程,发现在进度管理中存在问题。在某半潜运输船舶的改造设计过程中增加具体知识管理对象,如更细化的设计任务、任务之间关联性的识别等,对该项目的进度管理进行优化,并提出为知识重用而进行更广泛过程文件的整理与收集,以保证完成项目供图节点,并为后续设计项目的进度管理提供参考。
According to the analysis of the existing engineering ship design process, the problems of progress management are found. In the specific reconstruction design project of a semi-submersible ships, objects of knowledge management are added, such as detail design tasks and the recognition of relevance tasks, in order to optimize the progress management of the project. The sorting and collection of process files and documents for knowledge reuse is proposed to ensure the completion of project drawing deadlines and to provide a reference for the progress management of future subsequent projects.
