智慧教室促进高校课堂教学变革的绩效研究——基于课堂教学行为的分析 被引量:68

摘要 以智慧教室为代表的智慧学习环境研究推动着课堂教学逐渐从数字化向智能化转变。技术丰富的智慧教室为中小学教学改革提供了便利条件,它能否推动高校课堂教学变革尚缺少相关研究。该文采用分层抽样法选取某大学一个学期的27节智慧教室中的教学视频作为分析对象,利用自主设计的CTBAS课堂教学行为分析框架对智慧教室下的师生活动进行分析,并从学科性质和教师职称两个维度对教学行为变量开展组间差异性分析。研究表明,智慧教室对促进高校课堂教学改革具有重要价值,具体表现为智慧教室中的教学互动比较频繁、教学模式发生了转变;学科性质和教师职称对智慧教室中的教学改革有显著影响,文科课程教学改革明显优于理工科课程,高级职称教师的课堂教学改革明显优于非高级职称的课堂。智慧教室促进教学改革还必须具备两个关键条件:一是教师具有以学生学习为中心的教学理念和改革意愿;二是教师要具有熟练使用智慧教室的能力。通过对教师和学生的调查还发现:智慧教室的配套教学资源比较缺乏,智慧教室的设备需要及时维护更新,高校教师使用智慧教室的层次和能力亟待提高。 Researches on smart learning environment represented by smart classroom promote the classroom teaching from digitization to intellectualization gradually. The technology-enriched smart classroom provides the convenience for primary and middle schools' teaching reform, but it still lacks related researches to know whether it can promote the university classroom teaching change or not. This paper uses a stratified sampling method to select 27 smart classrooms' teaching video in one semester as the analyzing object. By using the teaching behaviors analysis framework CTBAS, this paper analyzes the teacher-student activities under the smart classroom, making a difference analysis between groups for teaching behaviors variables from two aspects: subject nature and teachers' title. The research shows that the smart classroom plays an important role in promoting classroom teaching reform in colleges and universities, which shows that the teaching interaction in the classroom is more frequent and the teaching mode has changed. Subject nature and teachers' title have a significant influence on the teaching reform in the classroom. Teaching reform of liberal arts course is better than that of science and engineering courses, and teaching reform of senior title teachers is better than that of non-senior titles. The smart classroom promotes the teaching reform must have two key conditions: First, teachers have student centered teaching ideas and reform will; second, teachers should have the ability to use the smart classroom skillfully. Through the investigation of teachers and students, the research also found that: the smart classroom lacks teaching resources; the equipment needs to be updated in time; the level and ability of university teachers to use intelligent classroom should be improved urgently.
