广州市马红球菌病血清学调查 被引量:2

Serological survey of Rhodococcus equi in fection in Guangzhou

摘要 本研究对广州市8家马场及散户马匹随机抽样,采用本研究室建立的ELISA检测方法,对马红球菌病血清学分布情况进行调查,分析各影响因素与其抗体阳性率和量的相关性。结果袁明:广州市马匹马红球菌病平均抗体阳性率为58.7%;性别因素与阳性率与抗体量相关,但均不显著;品种因素与马红球菌病抗体阳性率无关,且阳性马匹中,纯血马抗体量高于国产马及其他品种马匹,但无显著性差异;马场环境因素与阳性率及抗体量显著相关;李节因素与马红球茵抗体阳性率及血清阳性抗体量间无明显相关性。本研究通过系统的流行病学方法对马红球菌病进行血清学、流行病学统计调查与分析,不仅为广州市马无疫区建设及我国马红球菌病的防控措施建设提供必要参考,且对该疾病防控具有重要的公共卫生学意义。 A serological survey of Rhodococcus equi (R. equi)was carried out. A total of 259 blood samples were randomly collected from eight farms and individual keepers in Guangzhou. Specific antibodies against virulent R. equi were detected by previously established VapA-ELISA. Parameters that may influence the seral-positive ratio were statistically analyzed by a software SPSS via cross ehi-aquare. The all horses in Guangzhou were 58.7% seral-positive against R. equi. Gender and breeds of horses were related to a positive ratio without significant differece,there were significant difference in the positive ratio and level of specific antibodies among farms. The serological survey of the R. equi infection in Guangzhou provided essential information for R. euqi prevention and control, not only for maintenance of horse diseases free zone in Guangzhou, but for the zoonotic diseases prevention and control considering public health.
