小檗果提取物对奶牛乳房炎常见致病菌体外抑菌和抗炎作用 被引量:8

Effect of extract of berberine fruit on antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects of common pathogens in cow mutitis

摘要 为探索小檗果提取物的体外抑菌和抗炎功效,本试验以乙醇和水为溶媒提取了小檗果粗体物,进行体外抑菌试验,检测对奶牛乳房炎常见致病菌即大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及链球菌的抑菌活性,并采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察抗炎作用。结果显示,小檗果水提物和醇提物对3种致病菌均有抑菌作用,达到高敏或中敏,抑菌圈直径为(10.69±0.16)~(16.89±0.67)mm。与模型组相比,小檗果水提物和醇提物低剂量组明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P〈0.01),抑制率均高于58%。本试验为小檗果进一步开发利用提供试验依据。 To investigate anti-inflammatory abilities of Fructus berberis extracts against pathogenic bacteria of cow mastitis in vitro, water extracts and alcoholic extracts were taken from Fructus berberis. The inhibition effect of different extracts on the main pathogens of cow mastitis(Staphy- lococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli and Streptococcus agalactiae ) were observed in vitro and evaluated its the inflammatory effects on the acute inflammatory models such as xylene-induced ear edema. The results showed that the water extracts and alcoholic extracts of Fructus berberis had broad spectrum antibacterial activity to the all kinds of pathogens of cow mastitis with highly and moderate sensitivity to the range of antibacterial diameters were(10. 69±0. 16)-(16.89±0. 67) mm. Compared with the model group, the water extracts and alcoholic extracts of low-dose Fructus berberis could significantly inhibit ear edema in mice(P〈0.01), and inhibition rate was higher than 58%. This study provided the evidence for the further development and utilization of Fructus berberis.
