摘要
以乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,利用酮羰基选择性保护及去保护的方法,制备4,4-二苯基-3-丁烯-2-酮。实验涉及无水无氧、减压蒸馏和柱色谱层析等操作。该实验合成路线成熟,产物易于纯化且产率高,结合了分子结构的波谱解析,对于学生有机合成实验能力的培养和加深对波谱理论知识的理解和应用,具有很好的教学效果。
Using ethyl acetoacetate as substrate,4,4-dibenzyl-3-Butene-2-one was successfully obtained with selective protection and deprotection on ketone carbonyl group.The experiment procedures include anhydrous and anaerobic operation,reduced pressure distillation,flash column chromatography,etc.As a well-established synthetic route,the product was easily purified and the yield was high.In combination with the spectroscopy analysis,this experiment improved students' experimental ability of organic synthesis,and deepened their understanding and application of the theoretical knowledge of spectroscopy.Therefore,agood teaching effect was achieved.
