摘要 SF6气体性能优异,广泛用于电气设备中,但其温室效应严重,被列为国际上限制使用的气体之一。国内外研究人员寻求替代SF6的环保气体,对SF6混合气体及替代气体开展了大量研究,取得了较大的研究进展。分析了SF6混合气体的绝缘、灭弧和理化特性及其分层分布特性,提出了混合气体检测、充气和回收等关键技术方案,表明SF6混合气体具有推广应用价值。针对不含SF6的替代气体,总结了CO2、N2和干燥空气等常规气体的特性及应用,探讨了新环保气体CF3I、c-C4F8、C5F(10)O和C4F7N的研究现状及存在的问题,综述了新环保气体设计取得的进展,同时指出了环保绝缘气体设备面临的技术问题。最后,给出了环保气体未来的研究方向,包括推广SF6混合气体设备,研制采用C5F(10)O或C4F7N的更高电压等级电气设备,及采用理论化学计算方法设计性能优异的SF6替代气体等,以期推动SF6替代技术快速发展。 SF6 is used widely in electrical equipment for its excellent performance. But its greenhouse effect is severe, it has been restricted to use in the world. The researchers have sought the environmental-friendly gases to replace SF6. The extensive studies have been carried out on SF6 gas mixture and its alterative gas. The research progress was reviewed in this paper. For SF6 gas mixture, the insulation, arcing, physicochemical properties and layered distribution were analyzed. The key technology schemes of gas mixture detection, filling and recycling were provided. The results have shown that SF6 gas mixture should be applied widely in electrical equipment. For the alterative gases without SF6, the charateristics and application of common gases including CO2, N2 and compressed air were introduced, circuit breaker prototypes were developed by foreign countries with CO2 or compressed air. The current situations and applicaiton problems with new environmental-friendly gases such as CF3I, c-C4F8, C5F(10)O and C4F7N were described. The achievements of designing new environmental-friendly gas were summerized, and furthermore pointing out the technical problems of environmental-friendly gas-insulated equipment. Finally, the future prospectives of environmental-friendly gas have been provided, including promoting SF6 gas mixture equipment, developing the higher voltage grade equipement with C5F(10)O or C4F7N, designing SF6 alternative gas with excellent performances by theoretical chemical calculation method and so on, in order to propel the rapid development of SF6 alternative technology.
