黑龙江省生态文明建设现状及对策分析

Analysis on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Ecological Civilization Construction in Heilongjiang Province

文章从生态环境、经济发展、社会进步3个方面选取了16个核心指标,构建了黑龙江省生态文明建设评价指标体系,并确定了权重,分析了黑龙江省生态文明建设现状变化,由此发现目前黑龙江省生态文明建设方面仍存在生态文明建设责任设置分散、绿色产业结构改革发展缓慢、生态文明建设资金来源单一和生态文明理念尚未全面形成等问题,并从政府的角度提出了相应的可行性对策。

The article selected 16 core indexes from 3 aspects such as ecological environment, economic development and social progress, constructed the evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction, determined the weight and analyzed the current situation of ecological civilization construction in Heilongjiang Province. It was found that some problems still existed in the ecological civilization construction in Heilongjiang Province, such as the decentralization of construction responsibility, slow development of green industrial structure reform, single source of funds for ecological civilization construction and ecological civilization concept having not been fully formed. Some corresponding feasible countermeasures were put forward from the point of view of government.
