黑龙江省森工林区森林生态经济系统协调发展评价

Evaluation on Coordinated Development of Forest Eco-economic System in the Forestry Industrial Regions in Heilongjiang Province

根据系统论观点,对森林生态经济系统的协调发展问题进行了探索性研究。在构建森林生态经济系统协调发展评价指标体系的基础上,提出森林生态经济系统协调发展评价模型,并对黑龙江省森工林区森林生态经济系统的协调发展状况进行了实证研究。研究结果表明：森工林区的生态子系统和经济子系统的发展水平总体上都呈现出上升趋势,而社会子系统的发展水平总体上呈下降趋势;总体来看,各子系统之间的协调状况不好,只有少数年份是真正的优良协调;森林生态经济系统总协调度较低;各子系统之间的协调发展度总体上都呈上升趋势。

According to the systematic theory,this paper carried out an exploratory research on the problem of coordinated development of forest eco-economic system.Based on constructing the evaluation index system of forest eco-economic system, the paper put forward the evaluation model of coordinated development.Then it made empirical research on coordinated development status of the forest eco-economic system in Heilongjiang forestry industrial regions.The result showed that： the development level of ecological subsystem and economic subsystem were showing an upward trend, but the development level of the social subsystem showed a downward trend. In general,coordination among subsystems were poor, and in only a few years the coordination were truly good. The total coordination degree of forest eco-economic system was low. The coordination development among subsystems showed an upward trend.
