修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉58例分析

58 cases of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps patients treated by modified endoscopic sinus surgery

目的:研究修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的方法及疗效。方法:选择2015年10月-2016年10月医院收治的复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者58例,均采用修正性鼻内镜手术的方法治疗。治疗后,对所有患者进行为期1年的随访,观察最终的治疗效果。结果:治疗后随访1年,58例患者痊愈24例,痊愈率为41.38%;好转31例,好转率为53.45%;无效3例,无效率为5.17%;总有效55例,总有效率为94.83%,且所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论:对于复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉来说,采用修正性鼻内镜手术的方法治疗,能够取得理想的临床疗效。

To study the method and effect of modified endoscopic sinus surgery for recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps patients. Methods： To 58 eases of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps patients from our hospital from 2015.10 to 2016.10, who were given modified endoscopic sinus surgery. After treatment, all patients were followed up for 1 years, and the final therapeutic effect was observed. Results： the follow-up of 1 years after treatment, 24 eases was recovered, the cure rate was 41.38% ;31 cases were improved, the improvement rate was 53.45% ; 3 cases was invalid, the total effective rate was 5.17% ; the total effective rate was 94. 83%, and all patients had never severe complications. Conclusion： for the treatment of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps patients, the modified endoscopic sinus surgery can achieve ideal clinical efficacy.
