可吸收锁钉鞘预防股骨带锁髓内钉应力遮挡的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 为减小带锁髓内钉静力性固定对骨折断端产生的应力遮挡效应.本研究设计出了带可吸收鞘锁钉(AS锁钉),并通过建立股骨内固定有限元模型对该锁钉的性能进行了分析.分析结果表明,在骨折愈合早期,AS锁钉强度高,能够为骨折断端提供稳定的力学环境;在中后期,AS锁钉可吸收鞘的降解使骨折断端产生了微动和加压,减小了带锁髓内钉对骨折断端产生的应力遮挡效应.有限元分析结果为该锁钉应用于临床提供了理论依据. In order to reduce the stress shielding effect on the fracture end of the interlocking intramedullmT nail due to the static fixation. In this study, the absorbable sheath nail(AS nail) was designed, and the performance of the nail was analyzed by establishing finite element models of femoral internal fixations. The results show that the AS nail is of high strength in the early stage of fi'acture healing, and can provide a stable mechanical enviromuent for fracture ends. And in the middle and late stages, the absorbable sheath degradation of the AS nail resulted in fretting and compression at the fracture end, which reduced the stress shielding effect of the interlocking nail on the fracture end of the fracture. These results of the finite element analysis provide a theoretical basis for the application of the locking nail in the clinic.
