三七粉及其伪品的三维同步荧光光谱研究 被引量:3

The study of three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence spectral characteristics of radix notoginseng powder and its adulterants

摘要 针对市场上出售的三七粉有掺假的问题,提出应用三维同步荧光光谱表征指纹图谱进行鉴定真伪。采用FLS920荧光光谱仪,实验测定了三七粉及常见掺杂伪品莪术粉、面粉的三维同步荧光光谱,确定三七粉及两种伪品均为荧光物质,发现谱图线形各不相同,具有指纹特征。接着实验测定三七粉掺杂不同伪品的三维同步荧光光谱,结果差异明显,可用于区分三七粉是否掺杂伪品。实验表明:联合同步荧光光谱分析方法与三维荧光光谱分析方法,将使荧光光谱技术的选择性和灵敏度得到大幅提升,特别对复杂多组分体系的荧光分析效果更加显著。本文为中药材的成分分析和品质鉴定提供思路,同时为建立完整信息中药材指纹图谱提供了帮助。 In order to detect adulterated radix notoginseng on the market, a method based on three-dimen- sional synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy for fingerprint is developed. Three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence spectra of radix notoginseng powder and its adulterants (Curcuma zedoaria powder, wheat flour) are measured by using FLS920 spectrometer. It can be found that each material is fluorescent, but the lines are different. Three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence spectra of mixtures of radix notogin- seng powder and its adulterants are measured and there are significant differences between them. Experi- mental results indicate that the combination of synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy method and three dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy method can significantly improve the selectivity and sensitivity, with a distinct advantage in a complex multi-component mixture for fluorescence spectroscopic analysis. The study can help to identify the component and the quality of Chinese patent medicine, also can provide the reference for establishing a complete fingerprint of Chinese traditional medicine.
