重症胰腺炎并发胰周假性动脉瘤出血患者的识别与急救护理

Identification and emergency nursing of patients with severe pancreatitis complicated with peripancreatic pseudoaneurysm hemorrhage

为了提高胰腺炎并发胰周假性动脉瘤破裂出血患者的救治成功率,总结16例胰周假性动脉瘤破裂出血的有效识别及急救护理经验,要点:(1)早期发现监护对象的预警表现,识别潜在的病情变化;(2)正确识别腹腔内出血、消化道出血、失血性休克的临床征象;(3)识别出血后,立即进行液体治疗,补充并维持有效循环血量;(4)保证介入治疗转运安全,全程无缝衔接;(5)熟悉血管栓塞配合要点,术后加强腹部体征及器官功能监测。

This paper summarized effective identification and emergency nursing experiences from 16 cases of patients with severe pancreatitis complicated with peripancreatic pseudoaneurysm hemorrhage,in order to improve success rate,and nursing key points were： ①early detection of warning performance,and identification of potential disease changes for patients; ②proper identification of clinical signs for intra-abdominal hemorrhage,gastrointestinal bleeding and hemorrhagic shock; ③immediate liquid therapy,supplement and maintenance of effective circulating blood volume after bleeding ; ④guarantee of transport security and seamless convergence during interventional treatment; ⑤being familiar with the nursing points of vascular embolism,and strengthened postoperative surveillance of abdominal signs and organ function.
