“后城市化时代”宁波乡村发展建设转型方向研究

Research on the Transition Direction of Rural Development and Construction in Ningbo in the Post-urbanization Era

进入"后城市化时代"以后,城乡关系将进一步调整,乡村的价值和发展建设方向应重新认知和定位。本文以浙江省宁波市为例,梳理了宁波乡村发展建设现状特征及存在的问题,对后城市化时代的乡村价值和未来发展目标进行了再定位,在发展目标的指引下,从土地利用、公共服务设施、空间风貌、建设方式和村庄规划编制等五个方面提出宁波乡村未来发展建设转型的具体思路。

In the post-urbanization era, the relationship between urban and rural areas will be further adjusted. The value and development orientation of rural areas should be recognized and positioned. Taking Ningbo as an example, this paper sorts out the characteristics and problems of rural development in Ningbo, and redefines the rural values and future development goals of the post-urbanization era. Under the guidance of the development goals, this paper puts forward the concrete ideas of the future transformation of rural areas in Ningbo from five aspects： land use, public service facilities, space features, construction methods and village planning.
