台湾社区营造理念在乡村规划与建设中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Taiwan Community Construction Idea in Rural Planning and Construction

城镇化的快速发展过程中,乡村面临着劳动力流失、老龄化或商业化过度等问题,大多数的乡村规划建设难以持久有效改善乡村的发展困境,而台湾近年来开展的社区营造可以为我们提供很好的经验。本文对社区营造内涵进行剖析,总结近年来台湾营造的建设经验,通过构建社区营造与乡村建设的理论相关性的方法,从乡村价值挖掘、自身利益驱动、社区共同体建立及文化制度保障四个方面,归纳了适用于目前乡村建设的方法和策略,最后提出了社区营造理论的适用条件。

In the process of rapid urbanization, the rural area is facing with development problems such as lack of labor, aging or over commercialization. And most of the rural planning and construction work is on the surface. It is difficult to improve the development difficulties of the villages effectively However, the community construction of Taiwan can provide us with a good experience. Based on the connotation of community building the analysis, this paper summarizes the construction experience of Taiwan in recent years. Through the method of correlative theory of community building of rural construction, summarizes the strategies for the rural construction, include exploring rural values, mobilizing the interests of villagers, community identity and culture guarantee. Finally, suggesting the applicable conditions of community construction theory.
