在现代生物医学研究中,荧光蛋白的使用越来越广泛,使用流式细胞术可对荧光蛋白标记的细胞进行分析.在标准配置的流式细胞仪中,绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）和黄色荧光蛋白（YFP）使用同一荧光通道检测,因此无法对GFP/YFP双标记的细胞群体进行分析.该文将介绍一种针对BD AriaⅢ流式细胞仪可行的GFP/YFP双标记细胞分析的滤光片组合方案,以实现对GFP/YFP双标记细胞的快速检测和分析.

Fluorescent proteins are widely used in various cellular assays in modem biomedical researches with flow eytometers. Both green fluorescent protein （GFP） and yellow fluorescent protein （YFP） are detected using the same standard filter configuration on virtually all commercial flow cytometers, thus it＇s impossible to analyze GFP/YFP dual labelled cells. In this paper, a simple and effective method will be presented for discriminating GFP and YFP on BD Aria Ⅲ flow cytometers.
