浅Ⅱ度烧伤患者红光治疗的护理观察

Effect of Red Light Therapy and Nursing Care for Patients with Superficial Second Degree Burns

目的观察红光治疗辅助合理有效的临床护理对浅Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面的临床治疗效果。方法选择60例浅Ⅱ度烧伤的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组行传统换药和红光照射治疗，对照组行传统换药治疗。观察两组的创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、感染发生率和换药时疼痛数字等级量表（NRS）评分并进行对比分析。结果治疗组在治疗后7d的创面愈合率为（86．3±13．2）％，和对照组（60．5±16．5）％相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组创面愈合时间为（12．3±2．2）d，与对照组的（16．6±2．6）d相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后3d感染发生率和治疗后3d、7d的NRS评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论浅Ⅱ度烧伤患者烧伤创面实施红光治疗及合理有效的护理后，治疗效果好，疼痛明显减轻，副作用少，值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of red light and nursing care on superficial second degree burn wound. Methods 60 cases of patients with superficial second degree burns were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with red light before using conventional occlusive dressing. The patients in control group only received traditional treatment with conventional occlusive dressing. The wound healing rate, the healing time, the infection rate and the Numerical Rating Scale （NRS） pain score were compared between the two groups. Results After the 7 days of treatment, the wound healing rate of observation group was higher than that of control group [（86.3± 13.2） % vs （60.5± 16.5） %, P 〈 0.05]; The healing time of observation group was less than that of control group [（12.3 ± 2.2） d vs （16.6± 2.6） d, P〈0.05]; There were significant differences in the infection rate after the 3 days of treatment and the NRS pain score after the 3 and 7 days of treatment between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Red light therapy and reasonable and effective nursing care for patients with superficial second degree burn wound have good curative effect, less pain and less side effects. The results demonstrated that red light therapy is worthy of clinical application.
