摘要
目的探讨肝硬化患者焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响因素。方法选取2015年2月至2015年7月间西安交通大学医学院附属第二医院收治的136例肝硬化患者,其中男76例,女60例。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者的焦虑和抑郁状况进行评分,并分析相关影响因素。结果男性患者焦虑评分为(44.4±8.48)分,女性为(50.2±10.20)分,女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性和女性患者焦虑患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性格内向、年龄较大及住院时间为15~20d的患者,焦虑患病率较高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。住院时间较长和住院次数较多的患者;抑郁患病率较高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肝硬化患者具有较高的焦虑和抑郁评分,女性、年龄较大、性格内向者和住院时间长焦虑患病率较高,住院时间及次数较多的患者抑郁患病率较高。
Objective To study the factors influencing anxiety and depression in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods A total of 136 patients with liver cirrhosis were selected at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from February 2015 to July 2015 with 76 male patients and 60 female patients. Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were used to evaluate anxiety and depression and the relevant factors influencing it were analyzed. Results SAS score was 44. 4 ± 8. 48 for the male and 50. 2 ± 10. 20 for the female with the female higher than the male(P〈0. 05). There were significant differences in the incidence of anxiety between the two groups(P〈0. 05). Introverted older patients with hospitation stay of 15 ~ 20 d had high incidence of anxiety(all P〈0. 05). The incidence of depression was high in patients with long hospitalization and high frequency of hospital admissions(all P〈0. 05). Conclusion Patients with cirrhosis have a high anxiety and depression scores. Women,older persons and introverted ones and patients with long hospitalization and anxiety have high incidence of anxiety and depression. The incidence of depression was high in patients with long and frequent hospitalization.
