家庭护理干预对脑胶质瘤术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响

Effects of family nursing intervention on cancer-fatigue and quality of life in patients with glioma

目的探讨家庭护理干预对脑胶质瘤术后患者癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年4月至2016年4月间哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治的90例脑胶质瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予家庭护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理,对比两组患者癌因性疲乏及生活质量。结果两组患者护理后与护理前比较,情感、感知、行为严重度、认知得分及总分较低,且观察组改善更显著,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组比较,护理后与护理前比较,躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分均升高,观察组上述评分升高更加显著,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对脑胶质瘤患者实施常规护理的基础上加用家庭护理干预能够有效改善癌因性疲乏情况,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore and analyze the effects of family nursing intervention ancer-fatigue and quality of life in patients with glioma. Methods Ninety patients with glioma were selected at First Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Medical University from April 2015 to April 2016. Using the random number table method,patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 45 patients in each group. The observation group was given family nursing based on the routine nursing and the control group was given routine care. The cancer-related fatigue and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before the nursing,emotion,perception,severity of behaviors,cognitive scores and overall scores decreased in the two groups after the nursing（P〈0. 05）. Compared with before the nursing,physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function and social function scores increased in the two groups after nursing. The above scores increased significantly in the observation group compared with the control group after nursing care（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Based on the routine care glioma,family nursing can effectively improve cancer-fatigue and quality of life in patients with glioma.
